How to approach bottom two pair.
Im a fan of raising bigger on the flop- you are giving the villian the right price to call with his pair/flush draw combos. A bigger flop raise also makes it so you dont have to overjam the turn when the draws brick. Fwiw bottom 2 pair is actually a slight dog to a pair and flush draw on the flop while you improve to 65% ish on the turn.

The Best Poker Books Out There?
I would sign up for a training site, since you are interested in mostly cash cardrunners has a ton of good cash videos. Signing up for a good training site for a few months will be far more benificial than reading a couple books.

Help with getting bank account verified on moneybookers.
Hi, for some reason that bank account doesnt work and its still posted on their site. Had the exact same problem. If you look to the right there should be a small link that says something about sending alternative USD click on that and 2 different account details should pop up. Use one of those both work. Good luck!

not motivated to do a 9 to 5 when I can make far more money from online poker!
Use pOker winnings to hire a therapist, try to set aside aside a few days a week to get out of the house even if it's just to go to the gym or something. It's going to be difficult to jump into a regular job if you really have some serious issues to work out. Def seek some professional help.
