You've gotta understand UB doesnt have to give you the money. They constantly find shitty reasons to steal peoples money. Theres nothing you can do to get your money back. Email them. They should let you know what the problem is.....as long as you explain yourself to them and its a misunderstanding they'll let you back on.......in about 2 weeks when they answer your email.

Pigboy...That internal error message means UB have blocked your PC from ever accessing their service again. Theres nothing you can do to get back onto UB. Maybe if you email them and sort the problem out then they might allow you to log back on. But other than that if youve been naughty and got your access completly blocked your f**ked....means even if you create a new acct and try to log on you'll get the same message.

Kudos UB...Maybe They R Learning?
Just to like to say UB have impressed me this time with the way they handled the canceled and frozen tourneys yesterday. Not only did they post a message on thier site apologizing but they also posted this link telling us which tournaments got refunded and who was rewarded $$ based on chip equity. This was done quickly and i have recieved my $$. So kudos UB

Bankroll + Cashing Out Question
I was wondering if i had a 1K bankroll and was solely playing $20 HUs is $250 a realistic amount to win and cash out each week. My heads up win rate is about 70-75%. Also how long does it take money to go from neteller into your bank acct. Thanks.
