lol, I love these idiots. These are the people that give me the seat whenever I'm only a few spots away with an average or below average stack. I especially love it when the big stacks collide with garbage hands like QJo and AJo and destroy each other to bump me up a spot.

Playing a $10 tourney at a bar, I see a flop with the SB that comes 878. I'm holding T8 in the BB. The guy's really aggressive, so when he checks to me, I check behind him to set the trap. The turn is a 7. As I suspected, the SB leads out. He doesn't have much left, so I go ahead and reraise him all-in feeling confident he'll call with his 7. Sure enough he calls and and asks, "You got the 8' I guess I'll go play some pool now." I pipe up and say, "Not yet, you can still win with a 7 on the river." Sure enough, the 7 hits the river.

Just shipped my first tourney
Yeah, it's a brag post, but I finally took down my first tourney. Took down a $5.50 KO 6-max tourney on FTP for $328.44 plus an extra $6-$10 for bounties. Feels good to finally take one down after coming so close, especially after destroying the competition. Can't wait for the next win.

I've seen that happen before myself. Believe it was in a 1c/2c cash game and the guy to my right had his BB skipped. I was like.. WTF' So fucking rigged. I had to quadruple check the hand history to make sure I didn't just miss a round.

If it was a 2.20 buy-in, I'm instacalling. But considering this is 22 bucks (big buy-in to me), I'm regretfully folding. Both of these guys are morons and you're definitely up against two Aces. One most likely has AK whilst the other has something like AQ-AT or a midpair. Even though you most likely have the best hand, it's too early to risk your stack. I'm folding so I can outplay them later and taking the tournament down.
