You could also do Siesta Key and Sarasota. Siesta Key is always listed as one of the top 10 beaches in the world. You could fly into SRQ or TPA. TPA is an hour away.

I met BGX wayyyyy back during the old paradise poker days and when he lived in Florida. He, Samenole, and I played at the Tampa Hard Rock together and BGX is a very stand up guy. People with good character are hard to find in any poker community, but you would be hard pressed to find anyone with the integrity BGX has shown over the years. Part of this can be contributed to the fact that he is a family man with an education, a career, and an income away from poker. Back to lurking. thecuse

Beau you are on the right track except for total downs on a weekly basis are divided into total tokes and that creates a "share" or "down". Once this number is derived, each dealer gets that share multiplied by the number of downs he/she has for the week. Variance is big because if one or two of the top three winners in any of the daily tourneys decide not to tip, it effects the weekly share. The underwriter needs to "source" these funds and if they are part of the funds you are using for your initial investment on your loan then they will not be allowed because they cannot be sourced from your job. The underwriter will have to exclude them and state that they were not a sustainable or steady source of income. The underwriter wants to see an ability to repay the debt and in today's lending environment full documentation is vital to getting funded for any mortgage. I played The Caesars Mega Stacks and The Venetian Deep Stacks in February and the main difference between the two was when the antes kicked in. The antes started at 6/12 with a 1 in Caesars while The Venetian started at 2/4 with a quarter. the blind levels were 40 minutes at V and 50 at C. Patience factor slightly higher at C. These were the 225 buy in at C and 340 at V-so rake was similar...the other big difference was field size...C only had 110 runners while V had 320 runners.
