OTers playing in the WSOP Main Event Waco and resilient both have doubled in final level of the night. Sounds like Waco's around 220k and resilient around 120k. Not really much of an OTer, but bel0wab0ve closer to overall chipleader, sitting with over 400k. Posted in: Off Topic |

OTers playing in the WSOP Main Event FenwayKing rollercoastering because this year's Jerry Yang is to his direct left. Peaked around 92k, dropped as low as about 35k, now around 60k. The Voice Surprised I hadn't seen a thread on this either. I'm not a big singing show fan at all but I watched the premiere and I've been hooked since. Really badass concept and some awesome performances that have come as a result. Disagree with your Beverly, Vicci, Javier or Casey could win this argument though. I think it's pretty clearly a Dia vs. Javier race. Dia is hands-down the most unique/creative person on the show and Javier hands-down has the best voice. I think they're pretty significantly gaining more votes than the others, and that's been evident the past few weeks on iTunes charts, too, ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Walking at college graduation? Graduation was fine -- not sure why you wouldn't want to celebrate the culmination of a fairly big life milestone. We also had separate ceremonies for my specific degree and then for the campus as a whole. Neither were too long and I never really considered not going. Only bad beat was Bill Clinton was graduation speaker for the class the year before me and Barack Obama was the speaker for the class two years after me. We got Bob Woodruff, which wasn't awful but wasn't anything special. Posted in: Off Topic |
