Quick PLO Zoom Hand, -ev or +ev ?
Yeh I've been trying to justify the call on the flop, but I can't. Just felt 0.78c was cheap enough to see the turn card and if I misssed I would of folded. (However its defo a leak as I am also OOP, so yeh its very bad call on flop). I personally also think my play on the turn is too aggro (but then were always hearing Isildur1 and durrrr been ultra aggro players) and I had around 20 outs so I don't know the answer. Anyone else got a view on this'

Im running way above EV in PLO should I stop?
thanks 1234. I do love PLO, I have actually only started playing it seriously the last week or so and by 4 tabling zoom my VPP and FPP's have gone through the roof compared to what I used to play-sngs. I think im gonna cash out a bit so I dont tilt if I do hit a downswing, and u r right in that Im always looking at the EV graph waiting for my turn to run bad! lol

I'm not sure if this is a crazy question; But I'm running way above EV. I have been playing ZOOM PLO25 with $250 bankroll (20 buyins at 50BB) and after 5k hands Im now upto $550. Obviously I feel good but after checking my HEM stats I should just be break even @ $0 but im actually +$300 So what do I do' keep playing and hope I run good' learn how to actually win fair n square' Or just quit and run' Also how realistic are PLO all in EV graphs'

Has anyone ever cashed in a big sng/ MTT by sitting out the whole event?
maybe this was fate, but i swear on my mothers grave that i reg for 4 tables of fifty/50 $3.50 sngs tonight ( still trying to grind my way back from spewing $500 at cash this year) and literally 3 seconds after I sit down my laptop crashes!!! I was so pissed off I thought about kung fu chopping it in half then looked at my double glazed windows and contemplated launching it through that. After a couple ciders and a sore hand after punching the shit out of the laptop I calmed down and resigned myself to losing 4 buyins. I just played a 6 man hyper turbo and won it. But noticed as I was about to leave that the guy who got the other seat had obviously forgot he was registered and had sat out the whole sng! it was only $2 so understandable. I't s gonna spin him right out when he notices he's registered for the SCOOP event! haha Anyway it then got me wondering has anyone ever registered for an event and cashed without knowing they was in it''' I heard a few years ago stevie444 fell asleep in a step 5 sng and still cashed.

I have thought long and hard about this all day, and I think I will follow ur advice guys and not play. What I will do instead is go back too grinding and set myself a goal so that I can then enter the L M and H O8 scoop events in April.

Is it neccessary to use a HUD to be a profitable online player?
well check my stats out on sharkscope. "Tigertonkin" I was -$1900 before june! I bought HEM on the 6th june and im now only -$400 and have had 4 winning months in a row. I only use the stats such as VPIP and how many times they have 3 bet in late position/steal. My SNG win rate has gone through the roof compared to when I didnt have it! i only got the small stakes version for $55 and i made that back in two days!

Grinding very low limit 6-Max SNG's for a Holiday Job ! Need help / Advice
1) HUD is the secret to winning! I have had HUD since June and I have won every month since and im up about 1.8k! Before this I was down to $1900 over the course of 3 years playing sngs and mtts! check out my sharkscope. I have $245 should I play a WCOOP $215 event tonight?
I qualified for tonights Omaha hi/lo $215 event on stars last month but unregistered a while ago. I've never entered an event above $100 before but I have a crazy stupid ROI of 275% this year playing hi/lo and got my first 4 fig score (cashed out 1k) two weeks ago winning a $16 2 x chance 08 mtt! Would it be stupid of me too play this event and should I look at playing the 2nd chance event instead' My main problem is I feel like I can grind back the money if I lose it but thats gonna take a few weeks. 9 man sngs or 50/50(turbos) and fear of next level.
For a TAG player which of the two games are better to play' fifty/fifty(turbos) or 9man/6man turbo's' Also I have 109 buyins for my current level and a 26% ROI for the last 150 games at 9man turbo's. However I only have 54 buyins to move to the next level and have developed a phobia of moving up, as I know how easy it is to drop 10+ buyins and I am not sure if I am ready for the next level. How do I overcome this and should I wait till I have 100 buyins for that level to feel comfortable'

Just a quick question, how come on pokerstars sometimes when players are "all in" their hole cards are shown before the flop and then sometimes against other players their hole cards are not shown until the rivercard is dealt' And then the only time there hand is shown is when it beats urs' Surely once ur all in the cards should be flipped on their backs''''

What is the best route to go when trying to start a poker career.
first time i've ever heard thought about it from this point of view and ur 100% right! the guy cud have 50xbuyins and be playing $1 sngs but if he's shit hes still going broke! it defo makes me look at myself! im a losing player and blame it on bankroll management! but its not! my problem is when I get a bad beat i end up tilting off on the other 5 tables! and instead of losing 1 buyin i lose 6! then tilt even more till im broke! just play TAG and u can grind! just dont lose ur head like i do!
