Snap fold? AA on cash table to be honest the more i look at the hand the more it looks like bighard has a hand like 67ss. Thinking about it more i like the slight overraise I think you've defined bighard's hand pretty well. I mean is he really calling a raise and leading out/reraising that strong with a set' you said he's tag surely he's not calling preflop with K5 or K4 maybe 54' The problem we are in here is there arent many hands we beat that he is doing this with 67ss onry' and we are a dog to that hand. If it was HU at this point i'd be tempted to go broke but i think the guy behind us shows up with sets sometimes ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Snap fold? AA on cash table at best reraiser has some kind of combo draw this is an easy fold. No need to grab the trash can. Why the large raise on the flop' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Tough Preflop spot with KK super deep vs a reg raise/call. Your not going to get any value post flop against a regular after you smooth a full 3x reraise unless he's seen you do some weird set mining. Try and get him to donk shove. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

How would you rate the wcoop so far? More turbo and Non-turbo sattelites and FREEZEOUT sats. It seemed like 80% of the sats this year were rebuy super turbo's or 3x rebuy turbo's. Would be nice to have a few varience reducers Posted in: Poker Discussion |

weird spot in $5 2r1a 9k gtd your gunna bet fold with over 20k in the pot and 40k behind' lets say you bet 8k then your getting ridic odds no matter what and 8k is a tiny bet on that board. You can't bet fold. I think check is fine. Bet call isnt terrible. After that turn, his shove could be alot of different hands doubt you can fold. If someone other than raiser bet that flop your in an awkward spot though interesting hand. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

TLDR; 4 censorship, Sorel Mizzi is a cheater I don't think you can play poker professionally and not be greedy that being said i believe him when he says he did it more for the competitive aspect than the money. Imp's style was always to pick on everyone at the table good or bad and I can understand his so called mistake. His post however sounds like alot of whining he probably could have gone about it in a better manner. and Y000000000000000000oooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo000000000000o0o0o0o0o nug. Re:QQ final two tables of a 90man KO. interesting hand sometimes the truth hurts its a $3 dollar donkament. The play is god awful his range is ridic and AK is a big part of it and AQ is definitely in there against your random $3 90man player. and fyi your god awful if this is a hard call for you. Re:tough spot in PCA the people saying raise to 3500 or less and fold to shove are wrong. We can't raise to 3500 or less at all because we have then created a situation where an active player will shove a ridiculously loose range. The way i see it we have three options. Either we fold 88 in a +EV spot or we call and play post flop or we raise an amount that will seem to commit us to the hand. I don't like the folding option because this is an excellent spot to pick up chips against a loose player and even though this is a satty we still need to accumulate some more chips outside of simply the occasional ... Re:QQ final two tables of a 90man KO. interesting hand the reason this hand is not interesting in any way is this: you have no reads and you have failed to define his hand so now you have no choice but to snap call his flop shove because he is shoving his entire range i doubt there is one hand he min reraises you with that he doesnt shove so really this hand is boring because his range is wide and its an easy call. I bet he shows up with AK and AQ here 40% of the time or more. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:joey chestnutt professional eating is most certainly a sport. It's an endurance sport like long distance running, biking, etc. It also has aspects of sprinting sports. If you think professional eating is not as challenging mentally and physically as many of the track and field sports your crazy. It even has more technique involved than marathon running or the 100 meters. I'm amazed so many of you have said that Professional eating is not a sport. Posted in: Off Topic |
