A question about a Will after a death
Thanks for the responses. I am sending a list of the things that I expect to receive and my sisters and brother are doing the same. None of us want any money although my two sisters could really use it, we just want his medals, army uniforms and some other things. Not looking to take money from her, although she hasn't worked a day in over 25 years for no other reason than being lazy. The sad part is that after this is over we will probably not talk to her again so anything we don't get now we probably won't see again.

A question about a Will after a death
My Dad died back in September in a motorcycle accident and we are kind of feeling that his wife is being a little shady with a Will situation. My Dad also served in Iraq for about 2 years prior to his death and I believe that all soldiers are required to have a Will. He died about 5 years after serving. His wife is claiming that it was a temporary Will while he was in Iraq and that it expired when he returned. Also, she is saying that they did create a second Will recently but it was never filed and she cannot find it. We got served a notice that she is wanting to be sole beneficary to his ...

What percentage of your monthly gross income do you pay for your mortgage?
Ours is around 18% of our gross income....luckily my wife works or it would be somewhere around 75-80% of my income.

Most embarrasing things that you've done or that has happened to you
I was a very shy guy in high school. Never really went to any parties, but one time that I did actually get invited to one was at two sisters that were pretty popular. I went into the bathroom and just pissed but after I came out the toilet started overflowing and it came out into the living room where everyone was. Everyone just stared at me...so yeah, I didn't go to many parties after that either.

Tax Day Question
seriously, shut up. Why don't you tell this to all the people in prison right now for tax evasion. Honestly, I don't get worked up by many things but when people start to act like they have figured out the world and that everyone else is just dumb it just sets me off. If you are so confident that you don't have to pay taxes then why don't you start the movement of not paying by doing it openly. If you are so positive that you don't have to then don't pay them.

Drove over to check out Kid Rock's new house (pics)
I am staying in Newport Beach right now in a little 4 bdrm 2 bth that looks to be listed at $1.4 million (just renting for a week). It would go for about $175k in Madison, Wi I would bet. Great view, but would never want to live here because of the traffic. People brag about living in Cali and it is nice but I would never want to live anywhere near Los Angeles. Personal preference.

How Did You Get Your Poker Name?
Mine was my name obviously and then my best time in the 3000m steeplechase in college. Ran faster after college but the 902 put me 4th fastest at my school all time so it stuck with me.

State of NC kidnapping children
Should these kids be sent to Mexico or should the father be allowed back into the US' Doesn't seem like had a criminal record of any kind. It is a sad story, I am just not sure what the right answer should be. The people deciding are probably idiots like me and think most of Mexico is in bad shape now.

Played Live for the first time
Yeah, I love live tournaments especially in Vegas. You get a chance to talk to a bunch of people and you can usually find out rather easy who the good players are and who is there because they saw it on TV once. The $45-$80 buyin range are nice at these casinos because it is a small risk but you can sometimes walk away with over $1000 because the players are bad for the most part. From my experience also if you are nice and talk a lot people will play softer against you also. I have had people tell me what they had when I was deciding on a call or not.

How many OTer's owe (or at one point) over 50K in student loans?
Most of the people that have these large debts are because of the expected income in the future. Mine, on a much smaller scale, I paid about $25-$30k for my MBA that I am just completing but already have a job where I will be making about $15k more than I was making. Many careers you have to invest in the beginning to make money in the long run.

Pure evil - 15 year old murderer
I am pro Death penalty, but I have absolutely no idea what you are saying. If 1 state has the death penalty and one doesn't and both have similar murder rates how does that not show it isn't a deterrent' I don't think it is a deterrent. People that would murder are just evil for the most part and I just want to get rid of them. I don't care if people disagree with my opinion, that is my opinion.

If they can prove that this is the case or that it is a side effect then I can understand that and would accept the possibility of rehabilitation. I could be wrong in this case since I know a little about this case but not enough to argue it. In general I believe strongly in the death penalty because even if it isn't a deterrent I think if you murder someone you don't deserve to live.

Well, in my family I have a sister that was kidnapped and raped by a guy she barely knew that also killed her friend , a niece and an aunt that were raped, and another aunt that was kidnapped as a child and never found. Do I think the people that did these things should be given the right to be rehabilitated' Absolutely not. These people only want to be rehabilitated when they get caught. And yes,I am all for torturing people that torture others. This murderer did it and then felt great about it. Get rid of her. Some people are just evil.

Would you turn your son in to police?
I would turn my kids in if they did anything bad like this especially if it hurt someone else. I have made mistakes and paid the price and think that is best deterrent.

It seems weird to me because you end up being "friends" with the same people on every site. Twitter is different because you can just follow anyone you want for the most part. G+ and facebook remind me of the bars in my small hometown. A new one becomes popular and then you realize that you are talking with the same people that were at the last place.
