OK I didn't get overpaid I'm sorry I was just wondering if they can take the bonus $ out of my hourly wages cuz I've had quite a few ppl tell me its against the law. And I'm sorry I wasn't clear on the averages thing but the lowest bonus I've gotten was approx 450 and the highest was 550

OK so I get a monthly bonus on the last paycheck of the month. It averages approx $500 per month. Yesterday I got my bonus of 496 and now they're saying that they overpaid me by $187 and they are taking it out of my next check(which consists only of hourly wages no bonus on my next check). So can they take bonus $ that they paid me out of hourly wages'

The Indiana supreme court today declined to drop murder charges against this lady who ate rat poison when she was pregnant and killed the baby.
