Travis "TravestyFund" Rice made poker headlines in October '07 when he won the UltimateBet Aruba Poker Classic for $800,000. Upon making the move to being a full-time online tournament player, Travis immediately began making an impression in high-stakes tournaments.

His recent online tournament accomplishments include an outright victory in the FTOPS XII Event #22 ($2,500+120 NLHE) for $460,000 (May '09), along with dual victories in the Full Tilt $100 rebuy for $40,500 and $30,300. In August, Travis took 3rd place in the Full Tilt $200 Sunday rebuy for $40,700 and also won the $50k Guaranteed for $24,700. He continued his winning ways in the latter part of '09, taking down the Stars $100 rebuy and Full Tilt $50k Guaranteed events for $28,300 and $25,100 respectively.
