Things that automatically untilt you?
lol i love the responses. taking deep breaths and realizing that you are making the right decision if you've taken a bad beat. the only thing we should focus on is making the right decision. listening to good tunes, or watching funny youtube vids are great ideas that other people have suggested. i know it sounds obvious but if people actually did it, it would make a big difference. anyway stay on tilt it's better for the rest of us. :)

so sick, so deep, so sad
Just want to post this because it probably was one of my worst bad beats, and so crucial. I lost with AA all in preflop heads up to win a tournament to A8o, then lost the next pot and that was the end of it. anyway this story is about my 750k guarantee on fulltilt this past sunday. there are 26 people left out of the rediculous 4600+ person field. The only player around that i found to be great is Pearjammed. So all in all i got a great chance to win this thing. my stack is slowly dwindling and after waiting for so long for a real hand i get it. AA, i raise a third of my stack, i have 190k, ...
