Re(12): Dear PartyPoker The story here is not that it happened, it's Party's response to it. For example, I have a friend that had 4k when the tourney paused with 752 left. I had 25k. The result' He got paid $3k and I got paid $320. My emails and phone calls have gotten me nowhere with them. This is one of the biggest outrages I am aware of in online poker, and is again going to put online poker in a very bad public light. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): If u were at Turning Stone last series... Hey LuckyChimp. Just want to set the record straight publically that you are a miserable ass of a person. Nath is one of the nicest, most genuine persons that I have met in the poker world, and a helluva poker player. I really pity you. It must be a miserable amount of self loathing or low self esteem that would cause a person to come on here and make statements like this. My name is Paul Smith. If we ever run into each other live, please be sure to introduce yourself. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): stars $162 final table I posted my entire hand history as well, which I am sure you will find interesting, mindwise. Not sure how to post the link, but it's in your hand histories on the pokerxfactor site. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): stars $162 final table Well played to you as well. The play may or may not have been mathematically correct, depending on your open raising range on the button and your calling range. But as far as I am concerned, berating someone is far, far worse even if you think they made a bad play. Take it for what it's worth. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): stars $162 final table I was chipleader at the time, but that had nothing to do with it. I am generally pretty opposed to deals. Like I said, I was the only "holdout" and felt bad, but quickly changed my mind and decided to just do what I thought was best (which is what I should have done in the first place). Poorly handled and a lesson for me, but I really didn't do anything "wrong" as far as I can see other then be indecisive. Yeah, there were a few times where you got walks where, looked at in isolation, people would have thought I was crazy for not pushing. But after pushing so much, I ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): stars $162 final table Hey Mindwise. First, I wanted to say I thought you played very, very well. Second, I also was absolutely amazed that nobody ever called me down. Frankly, I got hit by the deck for the most part. There were some times when I was very short that I was on a straight steal, of course, but most of the time, believe it or not, I had a hand. Even against a table playing that tight, I am not going to shove 5 times in a row unless I continue to get something. That time you are referring to, the 4th and 5th hands were AK and KK. The other one that comes to mind was when you warned me to "be careful." ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
