dunno where you're getting your numbers from, but the lower the pp, the better chance AK has. High pp's interfere with AK's possibility for making broadway, and low pp's have more possibilities for double board pairing over it and having AK counterfeit the small pp. GL at the tables

I may just be high and didn't see it, but I don't recall anything in this post about being a satty. I would lean towards folding if it was on the bubble for a satty, but in any normal tournament, this is an insta-call. Put simply, I don't think you're losing to any hand that just open shoves this flop. Most likely any 1 pair, a draw or stop-n-go on our hands. and LOL @ "Somtimes it is optimal to fold AA utg..."

I definitely would have bet the flop, but I think shoving the river is not the best play. You have to put him on some kind of hand, considering he paid 7k on the turn, either the A spade draw (maybe), maybe he has a flush already also, a Q or some mid pp not giving you cred for the Q. Once you get down to that river with a Q2452 board and 3 spades out, what are you expecting to get paid off by when you shove' You need to extract some value with this monster hand. Personally would be more likely to make the same bet I made on the turn. You may get paid off by a weaker hand, where imo shoving ...
