live ft bubble incident, what do u do? So it was a $880 Chad Brown turny at Orange Park poker room in Florida. Got 210 $54k 1st, softest field I have ever seen. The dealers and floors were as bad as players, bad rulings couldn't count down stacks. Anyways, very odd payout structures and went hand for hand ever money bubble. So payed 24, hand for hand at 20,16,12,11,10. I questioned the hand for hand and payouts whatever, so 12 to 11 took 45 min and ended the night with 11 left, floor says were all getting 2900+(also posted on the payouts with the clock) and will start back noon next day. Well I was short lose rejamming a9 vs ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

FTP pro bounty/ super turbo question So $117 $30k 6-max bounty super turbo. 1st hand your in the bb, 15/30 blinds 300 starting, folds to sb, sb is a red tilt pro pushes(obv $110 bounty). Whats your calling range' I took the any 2 approach called with 53, but want to know real odds/opinions. Tilt pro had a9, but I put the sb ship range at least 60% of hands. You also have to take into consideration the power of a quick double in that style turny. I may be very wrong..... you tell me. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Does anyone play on Bodog? I def agree with it being annoying that bodog isn't on sync breaks and not a huge lineup. The turnys they do have have such great value and there isn't a better turny online than the 100k. I personally enjoy small/fast mtts to end my night so really enjoy that nightly 11pm 5k usually 100 or 150. Usually only pays 5 and is well balanced. Have saved so many days from this turny. Re:Bodog Checks Bodog cashouts have become very quick. Most time 1st checks come within the week. They have a 3k max per check so a 9k cashout would prob take 2.5 weeks ish. They will wire if things go well for ya and you make cashouts over 10k. Will do a bank wire for a small fee and takes about 10 days. Much faster than posted times. glgl Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:new Bodog 100k payout structure I'll say I actually liked the structure today. I could care less if 10th doesn't get paid much anything short of $5k I'm upset either way. Your in the money for longer with looser action. I think its plus ev for skilled short handed players. The deep payouts spreads more money around but really didnt change the top 4 payout much so I dont mind it. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:The Dog Alright I'll agree with you guys that I'm not a fan of the new bodog turny lineup, but I def don’t think this will be the end of bodog. Bodog is still probably the best and easiest site to build a bankroll on. I personally started this way along with a lot of the major bodogers. I'm now staking players for bodogs lower buy in turnys. They are the softest on the web and has been extremely profitable from my small investment. So while maybe the changes hurt the high buy in players like myself, they don’t effect the reason we all play on bodog(soft players that probably don’t even ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): need reassurance I agree with tim0thee I push there everytime. Don't let him think he might have a chance to bluff you off a flop(I wouldnt, but say u had 5k behind I might stop and go ya on any flop depending on my gambling mood). If you dont plan on folding and you don't have a monster why let him think there might be a chance...... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): random or rigged? For sure random...... I've been playing on bodog for a very long time and have seen some crazy stuff, but I also play alot of live poker and have seen it just as bad. Poker is random sometimes things go that way ive had days I'd hit quads 3 times in a day and currently on a 3 month streak of none. Long run probality will work out. Posted in: Bad Beats |
