OT lawyers, I need some advice
who cares when they were "established", what is important is when they registered the trademark and what category they registered. for kicks n' giggles..oops, i meant for flippers n' gills, let's just say they properly registered to protect the name. The next questions is WHEN did you start using the name in commerce' If you used it prior to the registration they cannot make you "take it back". When someone approaches ME and asks for a complaint form I do exactly as I stated and implied. I hand them a form, I provide my Identification and provide information to file a complaint electronically if they so choose. I think if YOU APPROACH LE you are required to Id yourself, not provided identification. If you ARE APPROACHED, absent probable cause that you've committed a crime, you are under no legal obligation to present ID or answer questions. "GOOGLE - Never talk to law enforcement" It's worth 45 minutes of your life. Also, you can simply (hahahahaahah simply...as the guy in the video was trying to do before being chased down) walk away and ignore the questions. RETRIBUTION, RETALIATION & REPRISAL Do you need to see the video of LE ticketing vehicle that are >12" away from the curb after they arrested a citizen video taping a traffic stop from the OWN yard' The Chief of Police apologized for that behavior as well and indicated the tickets would be retracted. IT HAPPENS. With each occurrence, trust is, sadly, further diminished.

The same question could be asked of CHAZ at some point in time. The answer after-the-fact was he was clearly laying the ground work to pull a scam for 10K. Staying up for 36 straight hours watching the Star Trek Marathon on the SciFi channel is incredibly dangerous. Anybody caught driving under the influence of a TV marathon viewing session should be tossed in jail for no less than 30 days and required to pay a One Thousand Dollar fine and do 55 hours of community service. They "could" have really hurt someone.

Yeah, what is so hard to incrementally give up your rights' Although the courts have ruled this is not a violation of the law, refusing to answer is not against the law as well. I simply disagree with the courts ruling that allows you to be stop en-mass without probable cause while you are minding your own business.
