The AL MVP = Joey Bats
MVP = player that did the most by being with his team. If Verlander is not in Detroit, they probably lose 10-12 wins off their record, don't make the playoffs and World Series. Ellisbury kept his team in it, but the team he was on didnt exceed expectations of where they should have ended like Detroit. Batista maybe kept Toronto out of the cellar, hardly worth an MVP nod. The guy hit more solo bombs than anything. This is coming from a Blue Jay fan. Granderson..the Yanks would have spent the $$$ on someone to fill that void. Yes his homeruns in a ridiculously left handed catered ballpark ...

Had a pilonidal cyst deep down almost right on the tailbone. The pain of the pressure was unreal. Could barely bend. Would take me 10 mnutes to get in and out of the car, tie my shoes etc.... Also, kidney stones...passed one when i was like 16 and just dropped to the floor, mid fuckin stream. I can't even describe the pain...

I got one hit by Brad Fullmer when he was with the Jays. We were in right-centre field bleachers, only 3 people in our section and he crushed one. Lost it in the lights and ended up in the blacked out batter backdrop section beside us. Security had a bird cause i ran in there and got it. He told me he could throw us out if he wanted to. I laughed and said that would bring the attendance to 3 digits. He kinda chuckled and it was cool after that.

Metallica with Godsmack opening on my birthday in 2004 in Toronto. ACDC this past November at the Rogers Centre (sound was a lot better than i thought it was gonna be) Rob Zombie blew the roof off an old movie theatre turned nightclub in Kitchener doing a solo show between sets with Ozzy. Slayer opening for Marilyn Manson (should have been the other way around, 1/4 of the crowd left when Slayer was done) Slayer absolutely tore it up. Yet to come....Metallica with Lamb of God opening this October in Toronto.

The casino i play at has limit from 2-5 up to 20-40...some days you see games up to 50-100. The 2-5 and 5-10 tables go by rake, while anything higher has a session fee every 30 minutes...not sure what it is tho as i have only played up to 5-10.

Used to use the 5 diamond yellow/red all the time when i fished a ton. We take the kids mudcatting every spring. You go out at dusk, just after, into a shallow bay with like 3 feet of water, take a garden rake and stir the hell out of the mud on the bottom. We use hooks with worm but the locals use a "ball of worms" which is like a spawnbag with worms. The catfish suck on these and don't let go til you tap'em off the inside of the boat, and drop it back down in. Last time we went out, we got 60 in about 2 hours. Only worthwhile when the water is cold tho.

Last years opening day in Toronto vs Boston, we got on JD Drew. He was playin right field and had struck out vs Halladay in his first 2 at bats. We were a few rows back on the 1st base/right field line so we finally got his attention and yelled "Hey Nancy Drew, have you solved the mystery of the hole in your bat'" He just kinda shook his head and trotted out past us. Next at bat, he smokes a 3 run bomb, comes back out into the field after looks up in our area and with a big smile (even tho the Sox are still losing) he goes "Case closed." lol

While someone may have risked their chips for a period of time before someone else has entered the tournament, the player entering late has given up the opportunity of collecting chips for that same period of time. Was looking for an email, seems i deleted it. I had emailed them once about a $1.10 donkament paying $1.04 for the first money level. They came back and said that the 10 cents is not part of the tournament buy in and that i was actually profiting 4 cents. Likely anyone that emails them about this will get the same answer.
