Re(1): possible allinat420 scammer
Yep, this guy is scamming bigtime. He did almost the same exact thing to me. He talked to me for half an hour. He railed me during a MTT last night. Got my AIM. Said his name was Matt and that he played poker for a living. He said if I need any help or advice let him know. Gave me the same shit about his girl needing money. He said he was in Aruba and couldn't connect to Stars or get to the cashier in FTP'' allinat420 (3:34:35 AM): bad connection down here in aruba cant get on stars or access cashier on ftp Me (3:34:59 AM): blows allinat420 (3:35:11 AM): where u from/ Me (3:35:19 AM): ...

Trackball for Online Poker?
Hi. I am thinking about switching from a mouse to a trackball for online poker use. My wrists and index finger are somewhat damaged from too much clicking and mousing. Do many people use a trackball to play poker online' Are there any other alternatives to a mouse or trackball for online poker' I was looking at the Kensington Expert Mouse Optical USB Trackball specifically. Does anyone have any experience with it' Thanks!

Unable to resize windows in FTP?
Hi. I have been playing on FTP for a while and I am familiar with how to resize the tables. However, as of recently I am unable to make them smaller. I can still make them larger, just not smaller. Very weird. I have restarted computer, restarted program and even reinstalled FTP but it still wont let me reduce the table sizes. I have a mac so I use the mac version of FTP. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!

Re(4): "Does anyone have an update on Full Tilt or Poker Stars running step sit and goes?
Yes I agree Fortune. FTP and Stars Security and Support are the best. They will not stand for cheating. Furthermore, any experienced player that has many of these step SnGs under there belt (particularly in the higher rounds) can EASILY detect collusion and cheating. I have played the Rounders on Prima poker for years and I tell you this out of first hand experience. The only difference here is the security at FTP and Stars is far superior to that of Prima's and Party's. With the help of some honest, scrupulous players FTP/Stars would be able to catch players cheating early on and would ...

Re(3): Full tilt maximum tables
Actually there are people that can play that many tables, and effectively and efficiently at that. Hard to believe I know. I guess you have never heard of Spacegravy.... He plays 25 SnGs at once!

What would you get for mutlitabling? One Dell 30 inch (3007wfp-hc) or two Dell 24 inch (2407WFP)
Hi! I currently am in need of a new monitor setup for poker. I am trying to decide between a 30 inch dell (3007wfp-hc) or two 24 inch dells (2407wfp). The prices are really close with the two dell 24 inchers costing $70 more than the dell 30 inch. The max resolution of the 30 inch screen is 2560 x 1600 and I know that one is able to have twelve full screen tables open at once with no overlap!! The max resolution for the 24 inchers is 1920 x 1200. I dont know how many tables one can fit on one of these at full size with no overlap. Anyone care to share' Also, the 24 inchers are able to be ...

Re(2): Poker Stars Needs Step SnGs
No monetary gains there for Stars. The buyin amounts to the earlier rounds could easily be adjusted to allow a 10% rake if Stars so desired. However, the 10 percent rake taken in round five on Prima is almost twice what Stars charges for its $500 + $30 SnGs (only a 6 percent rake there). Hard to know if that would even out not having rakes in the earlier rounds.

Poker Stars Needs Step SnGs
Why doesn't Poker Stars have step SnGs' I believe that they would be welcomed with open arms by the Poker Stars community. Step SnGs are fun, low risk and offer a great opportunity to build your bankroll. If Stars were to offer step SnGs I think they should follow the format used by the Prima Poker Network. This format consists of five rounds -- Round 1 - $5 + $.50 --> 1st and 2nd place win $27.50 in tokens Round 2 - $25 + $2.50 --> 1st and 2nd place win $125 in tokens -- 3rd place wins $27.50 in tokens Round 3 - $112.50 + $12.50 --> 1st-4th places win $302.50 in tokens -- 5th ...
