Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** My requirements give neither of us an advantage and keep it on a level field. I knew you'd walk away. Walk away chump, and xfer my money since you're too much of a bitch to finish the match. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** One of my requirements for the $500 match is no curling between now and then. No practicing. It's going to be hard enough for me to find time to play the match, let alone practice. Since you don't even work, you can sit and home and practice all day. Any playing other than finishing the tournament and you forfeit the bet. There are probably ways around it (play on another account') but since you're SOOO ethical, you'd never do that, of course. Other requirements are for it to be best of 3 games, not one. No fanboys on the rail either, or observers of any kind. I don't ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** Unlike you, I don't feel I need to defend myself so much. I could care less what a bunch of internet twats think about me. If you are going to puss out, take the DQ and transfer my money for 3rd today. There's no way in hell you would win even taking the four points, so that's definitely the better option for you. Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** Why do you defend yourself so much' For someone who is supposed to be so cool, calm, and collected, you flip out more than I do. I'm closing this for today, I'm behind enough on "actual" work. Should have done it hours ago. I'll let you cheat and take a point you never earned to get this over with. 8-8 my rock 8th end. I don't know when I'll be on to finish it. Sometime this week. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** There are stipulations I would like to add as well. I'm at work (some of us work for a living and actually add to society). Also, the tournament is first. I have limited time and that was my first commitment. Are you withdrawing your forfeit and want to finish the match' Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** Say whatever the F you want kid. I've beat everyone in this except DJG who ended up in the final. And I only lost to him by 1 point. Let me guess. You already forfeited, but now you want to take it back because you got some nutswingers wanting me DQ'd' Nice ethics there. Werg, I want a ruling if it's 3 points, 4 points, or him forfeiting, as he already said. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** I'm not taking a DQ. The worst possible scenario for me is him getting 4 points. The score would be 8-8 my rock 8th end. There's no way I would lose either way, but I'm not letting him get away with this bullshit. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** +1 to sucking up to Waco, as if I expected any less on this forum. What I offered to Werg was to take the win and play the playoffs if he gave me my money back, since I don't have a lot of time to play this crap. I didn't think that was out of line at all, I would have taken the $20 and he got into the playoffs and I would have been done. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** My last rock might have been thrown but I didn't get to see any of it. It disconnected as I was starting the throw. Considering I didn't get to do anything with my last throw and it was not even close to a freeroll for his last shot (possible, but not easy at all), I think three points is more than fair. Can't believe I'm even here defending this crap. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:***Online Curling Tournament*** Looking for a ruling here... The board had many stones in play, kind of all over. Waco had three stones closest with me left to throw my last rock and him to throw last. The game disconnected. I did not get to throw my last rock to either knock a couple of his out or place mine closer (which was possible and would have frozen his last throw). I'm not asking for any of that crap. I offered to give Waco the three points and continue to the next end with my hammer. That's not good enough for him. He wants my last rock not to count and for him to get a free point for his last one since ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:sky diving.. It was well worth it. Every time I think about the moment when I jumped out of the plane and turned sideways (looking at the plane while I was falling) it gives me a little rush. For $150, you can't beat that experience. It's remarkably safe, just find a legit skydiving school/operation. That being said, the only part I was hesitant about is you have to sign a ton of waivers. The one that made me laugh was that if the sky instructor decides to commit suicide you can't press charges, lol. My tandem guy (you have to do tandem the first jump) had something like 13,000 jumps... nuts. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:iffy spot 42k Tilt I think his hand is fairly polarized at 1010-AA/AQ/AK. Given that is his range, it's an easy fold. I'm racing ~20% and crushed the rest. I see him limping back with 88 or any smaller pair, not 5x'ing it. I haven't heard any analysis that makes me change my mind that it was the best play. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

iffy spot 42k Tilt blinds at 1500/3000 62k - UTG - 99 (me) limps <- plan here was to shove when someone raised since table was kind of agro. Open shoving here doesn't seem like an optimal play to me and it's ugly to raise and get flatted. Folds around to Button (tight player with 123k) who made it 5x to 15000. My initial plan was to jam on someone who raised to try to get a fold or be ahead but my plan changes somewhat with this player. He's raising more preflop than he has at any point and this 5x to me just screams a hand like mid/high pair. I don't see players like this doing that with ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
