As a long time sufferer, I know your pain. I haven't had an outbreak in 9 months. I read an article back then that 500 mg daily of vitamin C has been shown to be effective. I started taking it and no outbreaks since. I usually have them 3 or 4 times a year. Also, if you feel one coming on, take ibuprofen 1600 mg or more a day. Many times it will knock it out. Also, I have taken endomethycin which has been very effective. There is also a shot the doc can give you which will clear up the outbreak in a day or so. Good luck.

Playing numbered events Thurs through the Main. i'll probably play the super satty or mega and try to satellite in to the main event. Hopefully it gets more runners this year. Bonus also have Johnny Lang tix for Saturday night.

Just got my two shirts. They're nice enough except for the small hole in the front of my grey shirt. Maybe since my post count is low I got stuck with the defective one. Would be nice to know if that's the case. In case it is not obvious, the comment about receiving a defective shirt because I have a low post count was an attempt at humor.

FTP Software issue..help please

I bet if the girl kissed the frog they would have brought out a sign with the same amount of money but twice the size of the first sign.
