Taking the chiplead into the F/T of the MicroMillion 400k Gtd No, it was a bad beat, but I still F/T'd it, fought my way back to 2nd in chips and busted 7th against the same villain as in the hand above. But thx for the valuable input anyway. Cheers folks, bustout hand is gonna replay in my head and hurt like hell for a few days - next time! MODS - this is NOT a bad beat post....pay attention and put it back in PD where I originally posted it Posted in: Bad Beats |

*** Official Poker770 Support Thread *** Appreciate the feedback wacky - a liitlle disappointed to see the 770 rep doesn't seem to have been around in a while to address these questions. So, I did create my account thru the official link, then further went on to enter the necessary info (as I understand is necessary) to create the real money account...I gather it's just a waiting game now until the account gets credited the signup bonus bucks' Posted in: Poker Sites |

*** Official Poker770 Support Thread *** I seem to be missing something'''' The P5's page that made the announcement of the Poker770 prom seems to clearly indicate a $25 no deposit signup, followed by addition amounts of $70 and $75 after certain milestone achievments. / In this thread however, and in the course of account creation, the only references I find are for an amount of $7.70(poker) and $10(casino) Can someone clarify and advise as to how to proceed' Thanx Posted in: Poker Sites |

Thoughts on this live hand? Played a 40-man $80 MTT last nite at the local casino. At the time of this hand we've done maybe 2 orbits at the final table. I made the FT as the short stack, but managed triple up on the first hand in the BB. In the hand just prior to this one, I shoved QJs UTG for ~9k with blinds at 1k/2k/300a, no callers. So now I'm BB, UTG+1 open shoves for ~8k, folded to chip leader in the cutoff, who iso shoves all in with 2nd chip leader yet to act in the SB. Button and SB both fold. UTG+1 is an older guy who had raised one previous time with no callers, and subsequently talked about folding 88 if ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Early 15kgtd Deepstack - WWYD here? Just curious if you actually play these Jokers. Reason I ask is because there are all sorts of examples of play like the following in the early stages of these, and you'd be a fool not to take advantage of the opportunities when they present themselves IMO. Early 15kgtd Deepstack - WWYD here? Brazilian villain is 42/24/3 over 60 hands so far in this $10 tourney....I can def fold and have lots to work with, but given his stats and level of activity, I feel like I might even have him dominated a fair bit. 42k gtd bustout hand - anyone folding here? Reads: johnny was playing pretty tight (like 15/3/2.3 over many hands), had been at the table with him quite a while, and dont see him playing AA or KK this way. Roca was a total luckbox station frequently calling 3-bets OOP with shit like 3c2c and 75s. Prob being results oriented to even post this, but this is never a fold right' (fwiw reason I'm this short here is due to getting 2-outed on the river earlier vs xavier, been fighting back ever since) Full Tilt Poker Game #22128511833: $42,000 Guarantee (170694959), Table 1 - 250/500 Ante 50 - No Limit Hold'em - 16:27:13 ET - 2010/07/06 Seat ... Is this correct? Apologies for this HH, but that's the way these are stored on my hard drive (doesn't show flop/turn/river & just shows summary at the end). Re:Wanted to post in PD but it would be moved here probably Also, it's this kind of thinking that holds you back from making the right play...you can't "know" villain will suck out, even though I totally understand that feeling when you're running bad. With 7 BB's you almost can't find a better spot to push and try for a double up...who knows maybe that's the start of a rush that leads to you going deep/winning. Posted in: Bad Beats |
