Same thing happened to my buddy...obv had been smoking, left a poker game with almost 10k, got pulled over, cop said he smelled weed, found no weed but found the cash and took it...didnt get it back cause he hadnt claimed it on taxes so they assumed it was drug money...dumbass pigs.
