What would make you say that' And why would you not give examples. I have been there for a long time and have had no trouble (edit: outside of general Merge problems). If anything Lock is one of the more troubled skins with several controversies and such

My advice is to join Carbon thru RakeTheRake because besides the increased Deposit Bonus of 150% up to $750 (normal is 100% at $600) they also have an exclusive RTR $10K Rake Race, and an Exclusive RTR $5K Freeroll as extras. They offer same deal if you join Aced. If you need to join Black Chip Poker RTR has everything but the 5K Freeroll They don't offer anything extra for RPM

My question is....If someone offered you $1000 for the card, then you later found out it was worth only $1, would you have been running to pay the guy back the $999' Irregardless though, once you make a deal with someone, you generally have to stand by the terms of the deal made, unless someone cheated you, which does not seem the case here. Nothing wrong with asking if the player will renegotiate, but it should not be expected. If he didn't respond in chat, then you should prolly leave it alone and realize you must make trades with better information. Making a thread like this because ...

GBT moving forward with or without FTP
The real story here is the 'true facts of the deal' that GBT tried to put through the DOJ. Not quite the player refunds that the vast majority of people would have expected. Basically, if you had over $100 on FTP, it could take you up to 5 years to have gotten your funds. If you did not play on the new site with the $100 credit you received, you were subject to 5% inactive fee per month until all of your funds were gone, again. /#more-2909

Americas Cardroom (Winners Poker Network) also takes NY Players, and offers 27% Rakeback besides, if you do not like the anonymous players. Offers more promotions than Bovada at this time as well.

HEM does not support ACR (although they say it is definitely in the future, just no date certain), but PokerTracker does and their HUD works fine on ACR. As a long-time HEM user, I reluctantly downloaded the PokerTracker 60 day trial just for ACR.

Yes, I have corresponded with Gene and he thanked me for his help and that he will continue to berate him at the tables since Fabrizio appears to want to stiff him. I will tell him to call double_kyan and then see where this goes from there. I would think the two should be able to work something out because they have each others phone number, my understanding is Fabrizio refuses to communicate. Its him. Phone numbers match up with the one I found via independent sources, and he knows person first name he transferred to.

I am sure that would be appreciated. All the guy is getting now is 100% brick wall. Not sure what is worse, guy just completely ignoring you, or guy telling you to fuck off you are not getting any money, even though the guy was begging for it just a few days ago. Met him back on the old "Prima Network" days at same time PocketFives came into existence. As good as I feel whenever I see a friend from the old days at the tables or online, it makes it all the worse to see an old friend who has passed away. Good Point...Yeah, it is pretty hard to detect collusion in just one sitting. From what I have observed, it generally is a person or group of people feeling a particular player or group of players has been suspect over time.

Trusted sites for us players?
Not true, sites like Bovada, Intertops, Americas Card Room have extremely quick cashout times and using the trading threads you can also get your money off immediately for most of the other sites. That's probably an excellent statement. But doesn't mean you can not make a deposit and enjoy playing, just making sure you do not use money that would hurt you financially if it was lost or held in limbo for a significant amount of time.

how is Bovada allowed to operate?
Bovada did cease operations in Maryland, and now no sites are available for US play in MD. But old accounts are not blocked in NY, Washington, and Utah. They did stop using a certain processor for these states, MyPaylinQ

Bovada appears to be taking steps on the collusion front by now allowing players to request Hand Histories 24 hours after a game ends that includes hole cards of opponents in hand.

Same guy. Been ripping people off for years on multiple forums, trading sites, etc. So many poker names hard to keep track. Tough Life. My God, how does someone trade with DivineChaos. Has been scamming using that name since at least 11/2010. I have a file on my computer listing the names he used dated 11/2010. Must be over 100. Josha Lutz is consistent name he has used for years. Wonder if it is real. Guy never gives up though!!!

Used to play with him at Prima Network circa 2005. Seems to me he may have been the person that mentioned a new site PocketFives that we all might want to check out while he was chatting on the tables one day. A good group of players came from the early Prima Days.....very sorry to hear that this old Prima Poker friend has passed to a different world. God Bless him and His Family!!!

How Do i clear my name
Yeah, this guy never ever tried to scam for any money ever, well maybe just this one time only but proly never ever before that or after, except that he did. The fact that it was only for small amounts of money tons of times, still makes him a POS. Whatever the F is on Stars mind letting him back on is just plain stupidity on their part. But while Stars has the best security, they still err on letting scammers back on site (until they finally steal from Stars, then you are done no matter the amount).
