HBO Documentary Series: The Weight of the Nation
Saw the first two episodes and so much of it seems to be linked to parents passing on terrible genes and habits onto their kids. Once you are overweight then lose a lot of it, they said you need about 20% less calories to maintain your weight than somebody else who is the same size and weight as you who has never been fat. Fat just messes with every part of your body and makes me appreciate my mom for slaving in the kitchen for all those years.

Well done Pacers, Games 3 and 4 are gonna be close. Miami is a weak road team and Indy is tough to beat at home. Eastern conference matchups turning out to be pretty good.

I think Philly and Indy both put up a better fight than most people think. Both still might go down in 5 games but I expect a lot of close games that go to the favorites because Pacers and 76ers have no one to close out games. SA is gonna roll Mem or LAC. Best chance for a good series is if Lakers win tonight, don't see Denver putting up much of a fight against OKC.

Fan night with CWebb and the Glove were the best. Ahmad tried to keep them in line and had no chance they would just clown around the whole time. Too bad Payton doesn't get on air much anymore and Webber does games now. I don't hate Shaq on the show like a lot of people but I still prefer it without him. Ernie is so underrated. Fan night was basically 3 hours of Gary Payton just going on mini rants like this
