I always end with the following line: Is their any concerns that you have that you feel would not make me the ideal fit for the position. I do medical sales for a living and have head hunter's call all the time with new job openings. I love my job, and reallly have no interest in leaving. But I will every now and then take an interview if something peaks my interest, and to keep my intreview skills Sharp. It was a very close fight. It could of gone either way. I had condit winning rounds 3, 4, and 5. The rear naked and ARM bar attempt and the end of round 5 was not even close to submitting condit. Round 2 was also close.
