stradle in cash games...

ok this is a live tourney spot. Tourney: 225 buy in 307 Entrants, Bycicle Casino L.A first place 21k 14 players remaining blinds 6k.12k 2kante 7handed bb JJ stack 112k Raise from mid pos to 36k from aggro player and no read player seemed weak tight shoves for 170k is my JJ ever a call,.... i know my stack is shyt but nobody really has a good stack since structure sucked soooo...... anythoughts .......

i play poker as a hobby, i play cash mostly so there is no trace of my looses, how do i report my looses so i can deduct them, i dont know. what if i dont claim this deposit how will irs find out, or if i say its a gift or something lol. i am very bad at taxes so pls help. i deposited 7 k check last year and i didnt claim anything and nothing happend

well i dont think i played 2 bad because he was very spewy he was raising and overbetting a lot with weakish hands. thing is i thought if i shoved he would fold most of his hands since the board was dangerous and unless he had a set 2 pair or AK he wouldnt call. anyway instead of saying i played it bad tell how should i play it after the flop. i dont think everytime someone c bets the flop i should fold nut draw.

cash game hand
this hand comes from live cash game at commerce casino. its a 5 3 no limit 500 effective stacks my hand Ac 2c. on the button utg raise of 20 i call and small blind calls. guy who raised was a retard and drunk. flop comes Kh 10c 7c. sm checks retard bets out 85 into a 60 pot and starts to talk about how he wants me to call or go all in lol. i decide to move all in with a nut draw hes got about 400 behind sm folds and he snaps with A k. did i misplay the hand or does it just play itself
