Let me put it this way: There was nothing in Moorman's email that said he was letting Jy go. I can see why Moorman would think everything's OK after sending the email. If anything was unclear to Jy, it was HIS responsibility to reach out to Moorman, not the other way around. You cant just make an $80k assumption. OBVIOUSLY, he knows if he got in touch with Moorman he will be told he's not off the hook. So he decided to play dumb and pretend there was a misunderstanding so he can welch on the MU. Let's stop playing dumb people. We weren't born yesterday.

Exactly. And he conveniently somehow couldn't contact Moorman as well. I don't know Moorman personally and even I can think of at least 5 diff ways I can reach him right now. Also, last time I checked emails still have a "REPLY" button. The most disturbing part about this is that a lot of ppl in the community actually believe Jy is in the right here. He maybe -- technically -- but that's not how you deal with people you work with or are friends with. Reputation and respect is worth more than 80k.

LOL @ Jymaster not being able to reach Moorman in this day and age of mobile phones, IMs, Email, Facebook, etc. Hell he can even contact Moorman through P5s or 2+2. To me that's the biggest bullshit about this whole thing and it defines clearly what Jymaster's intention was from the very start. LOL @ ppl ITT buying his story about how he tried to reach Moorman. Whatever.

You seem to be trying to get the traffic for your MTTs up by taking out the rake for tournaments which is a nice start, but not nearly enough to get me to deposit and start playing regularly on your site. Not even close. What I want to see is a better tournament schedule with guarantees 15k and up for buyins below $100. This is your chance to get the traffic that ftp lost when they screwed up bigtime (Hint: Check FTPs tournament schedule. Copy it if you have to). Phil Hellmuth Gunning for Bracelet #12
lol @ all the Phil haters. No matter what you say, he has 11 bracelets (which is prob 11 more than everyone ITT combined), seems to have improved his mixed game by quite a bit, and as much as the ballaz here hate to admit, def good for the game and has done so much more for poker than any of the no-name haters posting here. He entertains the masses and brings more people in which is always good for everyone.

Should I sue my Ex-girl friend?
Liv Boeree is actually my ex and i made up an account on her name just to get my ROI up and i won the warmup but now she wont give me the money after I broke up with her. She refuses to assist nor send out any emails regarding the withdraw of the $100k+. Should I take her to big claims' Would this be even a case since online gambling is illegal' Please let me know. I was advised fk it and move on but my poker friend told me to post here and ask. I appreciate it guys. I'm very upset to be in this situation. :(

I think for those who don't mind, south east asia like thailand, the philippines, etc is an awesome place to play in. Think beaches, laid back, asian babes, and your dollars get soooooo much farther here since the cost of living is much, much lower.

To Pokerstars/FullTilt: Time to shift to a Euro-centric schedule
LOL dont you realize them maintaining/upping the guarantees of tournaments from 12-9 GMT and lowering those after that is pretty much the same as already shifting the schedule to be euro-centric' We're just going around in circles ITT but that's pretty much what's happening already. Pretty sure ther majors will follow soon if the pattern of what they're doing holds true.

While all this mess in the US is being sorted out, and since I would assume most of your traffic will now come from Europe, why not shift your schedule a few hours to make it GMT-centric' Warmup will start at 1pm GMT, SM @ 430pm GMT, $750k @ 5pm GMT etc. Makes perfect sense to me and that way, you'll probably also get more traffic from Asia as well which I believe is a vastly untapped region for you at the moment. There are probably a lot of Asian players looking to play the Sundays except that most of them are not degen enough like me to start playing the Warmup @ 1AM.

Advice
Power nap 2-3 hours works for me. Incidentally this is how it goes for me on Sundays that I do play since warmup starts at 1AM for me local time so I usually go to bed around 9-10pm for a quick nap before the long grind so this is something that sounds all too familiar. No biggie once you get used to it

Not exactly sure I agree with this since, say he's opening as wide as OP says he does, he could easily have a hand that outflops us that he would no longer fold (e.g. K7s and flop comes K-hi) given his stack size, that he otherwise would have folded had you jammed it in pre in the first place... So while it's true that it's possible we're basically turning our hand into a bluff here based on his calling range, that's not exactly why we shove here. We shove here bec we pick up the pot a lot of the time and if we get called, we'll prob need to see all 5 cards
