Re(2): Sit N Go disconnect ..play or wait? if im on a downswing than I probably raise as fast as I can. but seriously if your playing vs a good sng regular and he get disconnected in a 225 with even stacks HU then I would probably wait. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Supernova elite....should i try it? High stakes SNGs is probably the only way you can get it and only play a reasonable number of hours (I could be wrong but I dont think the high stakes cash game players get tons of fpps) Just to give you an example, I think you'll need to play 40,000 $60s turbos to get the elite. or 22,222 $114s or 13,333 $225s etc. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(7): Stars VIP Reward Bonus Question just wait till you get supernova and youll spend $1600 in FPP money to get $1500 in real cash. It's not such a bad deal. Either that or wait for something good. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Teaching someone SNGs I think it's more then possible. I suggest a no standard raising method (except for premiums hands) and only push or fold. Also, get him to understand and use SNG Power Tools. I tried this on my bro and it started off well but he was not very cooperative and he doesnt have the patience to grind sngs. Hes in the cash games now with mixed results. Its basically going to come down to the guy himself even if you give him all the tools. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): New CR video... Fruitypro2 lol the guy gave me his sixth sense custom scoring rules and gave me some feedback on my first set of 1/2NL stats. His fulltilt video is good and he seems like a pretty good guy. whats really weak is your ignorant post with no content. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Pokertracker Position Stats well dont forget that they are counting the BB. the column on the right tells you the amount won - the BB also, amount won is not the greatest indicator. whats your fold BB to steal % in general tab' if its under 75% and most of that 25% is calling raises and not 3-betting than I do think theres a problem even if your really LAG. Re(2): Anyone here suck bad at cash games? Ive made 100% of my profit with tournament poker because its the easiest form of poker to master and get an edge over others. I felt I needed to do well in cash games if I wanted to consider myself a complete player. Recently, my quest for ring games success was achieved mainly because of cardrunners. Re(2): Why are the Stars $27 turbos suddenly a sharktank? basically one of the reasons ive given 1-2 cash games a try recently. sure the $60 turbos sign up faster now, but theres on average 4 grinders at the table with 2 donkeys and 3 decent ppl that know poker but not really sng poker. I still make a reasonably $/hr with fpps when playing these but I just dont get too excited about grinding something that I dont have a huge edge on. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Sippin_Criss sitgo article i recommend using the cascade option to position your tables and only play your hands when ur table pops up. Raising: first thing you look at is your stack relative to the blinds, the stacks of the other players, your hand and make your decision: push or fold. (in the first 3 levels you can look at your hand first to go faster) Calling: the key with calling in sngs is putting people on certain ranges depending on who they are (solid multi-tablers that have 7 BBs on the button have a wide range for exemple), what their position is and their stack size relative to the blinds. If you can ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): interesting $27 +2 hand thoughts~??? I would fold JJ here and call with KK... QQ is a tuff spot He is squeezing thought so maybe his range is just a lil wider but I guess it comes down to the player. Just go in the handhistory and see how he got 3k in chips. If hes a solid multi-tabler then I would fold, otherwise calling there is not a huge mistake. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): SNGs are not real poker, true or false? To master SNG's, you have to learn a whole new set of skills that differs from what you might have gathered from playing deepstacked ring games or MTTs. Its shorstacked poker where chipping up early is NOT as important as in an MTT. For exemple, ICM is a skill that you need to master to do well in SNG's while in ring games your primary skill might be reading people and putting them on a hand. Now which skill is more poker related' reading people obviously. It pretty much comes downs to your perception of the word poker. Is it just chips, cards and money on the table or is it a deepstacked ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

I think your a great player and I also understand your point about 1st place but AK is AK and 64o can break it so easily that I just dont want to see myself calling that and finishing 4th on a suckout.
