Thanks Roothlus. The 150K guarantee is actually on Wednesdays though.... check out the satellites, they suck for anyone in central time zone or west of central. Appreciate the response.

Yo Roothlus! Help the working man out on UB!
The Wednesday 150k satellites run at terribile times for those of us with dayjobs. I love the 100+9 satellite structure and payout, but where I live they start at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I understand this on the day of the tournament, but all the other days it doesn't make sense to me. Can it not be moved back three or four hours' On the west coast the 100+9 satellite starts at 1 p.m. People with dayjobs have no chance to get a cheap seat without taking off work early. Been having all kinds of problems with them too. They know me on a first name basis now. I was having the same problems but found out how to fix it on my own. Try this: first reset your password, then log back into the site with new password, exit back out of the site and completely shut down your computer, after you reboot you should be able to log back in to the site with the new password. What I think is going on is the site is not "logging you out" after you have logged in and exited unless you completely shut down your computer. Also, if this does work for you, you will have to ...

Nothing is better than being able to bet $1985 AND 32 CENTS... in a multi table tournament. Definite upgrade. The 32 cents just let's your opponent know "hey buddy, I'm serious about this hand".

Wednesday night I was in a 15k guaranteed $30 rebuy on the new UB. Shortly after the first hour, I've invested $123 into the tournament and I get disconnected. So, I immediately reconnect, and the site won't take me back to my seat! I try all kinds of different things, use my PC instead of laptop, plug directly in to internet instead of using wireless, none of this works. Meanwhile, I can see the lobby and my chipstack is up for grabs. I'm having all kinds of issues. Was in a $30 rebuy Wednesday night an hour and a half into it (and $132) I got disconnected. I immediately reconnect and the damn thing would never reseat me. So I get their online tech support chat person and I'm chatting with them while I'm watching my stack be depleted. They tell me they don't know whats wrong, can't help me, and now won't refund my money. I've played there for 4 years now and never had a problem. WTF UB''' I think i'm going to start a thread soon with their email responses if they don't refund me soon.
