$$ for advice on a workout plan
I've been using this with pretty good success: I'm 5'9 155 today. When I started I was ~140. There are a lot of good programs on the . My biggest suggestion is that you work hard and eat a lot. Good luck.

if you're perceiving their leaving the state as "running away from problems" rather than saying "fuck you republicans, we're not going to let you do this" then misperception ftw. repubs made it clear they were unwilling to compromise on the bargaining issue (that has to be obvious by now right') [ ] dems "ran away from a problem" [x] dems stood up to repubs and refused to back down. ([x] repubs also refused to back down.)

the biggest mistake i notice is that you're assuming that because you lost the hand, you did something wrong. you played this hand just fine. like the posters above me said, you just got unlucky. it won't be the last time. your 4x raise pf is great because you're in early position and fish are going to flat you with T8 and JT. build that pot and valuetown the shit out of them when they hit their top pair and try to give you their chips. sometimes we misplay our hands and that's why we lose. other times we play our hands to perfection and get unlucky. differentiating between the two ...
