Computer Help With wireless router You probably need to change the security type via your wireless router. You can access your router with your favorite web browser. You can find this information by right clicking the wireless icon in the lower right and hitting status, then the support tab. The one you need is labeled "Default Gateway". Under the wireless security section try a few different security methods (IE; WEP, WPA2, WPA) and see if any of those work for you. You may need to reboot your computer. Job interview in like 2 hours - PC Support Technician - WTF are they going to ask me? Hey. I've had 5 interviews in the past 2 months for PC support positions(Got called back for second rounds twice). Finally got the job on the last one. They only asked me about 8 questions on the last interview and those questions consisted of what I would do in a typical situation. If you have the experience as it sounds, it should be a piece of cake. For example, one was "If I was working on a computer and I removed a virus, but each time I rebooted what would I do'" Another question they asked was "If a client was "freaking" out over possible lost work, what would you tell them to assure ... MAC troubleshooting... $$ to winner. Hello- Background: I was given a PowerBook G4 A1004 from a lady at work. She asked if I could troubleshoot it, but this is the first MAC I have ever worked on. She told me she doesn't want to put any money into it, but I am willing to if I can find a reasonable solution. The problem: When it boots, I get the chime, but it goes to the screen with just a flashing question mark/folder. I have read countless post's stating that they have had to wait 3-4 days, if not up to a week. For example, I waited over 7 days for my account to be resolved when I had a similar issue.
