Tailgate Alert: Packers vs. Bears Week 17
yeah, I would def park in the "Bar" parking lot. I think its 25 for a spot, and 20 for grilling but its prime tailgating spot. I'd build or buy a tarp structure, like a cheap tent thing. Then put the grills, food and everything else in there, and get there early

Coaching, connections, and a opportunity to be around great poker minds can also be an insentive. I would think more "up and coming" players start backing deals, as opposed to someone with an ass load of money. Unless it was for 10k+ events.

buy in Dec/Jan, they install quicker and cleaner than you think. Buy white windows If your interior woodwork is in good shape, don't have it replaced Buy retro fit windows, don't go all the way to the studs, keep the existing buckframes in tack. I'd get vinyl(sp) windows, you can get them with woodgrain finish that looks very real, cost a bit more, but totally maintance free. Pella and Anderson are wood windows and overpriced. What kind of windows are these' Pm me, i know alot about replacing windows

Hey, whats up! I play poker fulltime for a bit over 2 years. I've mainly been a cash game player for the last year. Grinding cash games has gotten a bit boring, and I'm not as profitable as I'd like. (three steps forward, two steps back type of thing). Six max games has changed a ton. But i guess everything has. I'm a br nit, and don't have huge swings, thats why it can be boring. How much $$$ goes threw the hands of...
Let say 100k yearly cash game winner playing idk, 600k hands grinding msnl, 1/2-3/6 with a medium variance type of stlye (6 out of 10 on the lag scale) I'm going to say 1.4 mil It seems like alot of time "winning yesterdays loses, or losing yesterdays winnings"

Investing U.S poker winnings with finacial planner went like shit today
Poker is my business, and I pay my taxes like a good American! I met with a finacial planner about setting me up with a retirement fund. I went there today to cut him a check, and fill out some "new client forms". I get there, and he pretty much tells me that " I can't have you as a client because your money is coming from an offshore account, even though it goes threw my bank first! " He said something about a "know your client " bill , and other requirements the people he sends the money too needed. Idk, wtf , he was really talking about. I'm hoping ...

I was forced to stop playing on bogog after the 4th or 5th bad $2000 check they sent me. Only one of them screwed up my banking luckly. The main reason I was pissed, was because I told them my bank charged me $8.00 for the bad check, and they wouldn't credit account without faxing proof. That rubbed me the wrong way.

I think u owe yourself 50 hours + of cardrunners videos, and about the same in pxf videos. With that 100 hours, I bet u learn a ton, and look at the game completely different. If u want something bad enough, u have to be a student of the game, and be honest with yourself. There No reason you cant win at those levels, unless your not good enough to win at those levels

Bfactor, im sorry, and ty for posting this! I cried for the first time in years it seems. Sounds like he was a great man. I just talked to my parents who live a couple hours away. There the one's im always too busy to visit. It seems like the last couple of years, I spend all my time winning back yesterdays loses, or losing yesterdays winnings. I don't agree with Jennifear's first two statements at all. Lead out a hefty amount, so you know if your raised your beat' Thats just turning top pair into a bluff. I don't hate the check/call of the potsize bet on the flop. Catching two pair on the turn makes me very confident I now have the best hand. Thats when you decide whether or not you need to protect this hand from a draw, which is very posible here(10c Jc) (7 8) whatever, If you felt like the dude would shove your turn check, then I'd prob check.
