All of my ftp notes are gone!
Your notes are saved in the XML document in the full tilt directory that is your username. Copy and paste them somewhere safe and dont forget to keep updating them.

HEM HH Import Question
Click on "My Pomotions" in the cashier and see if you have the beta Hand History request feature. If so you can do it yourself otherwise I guess you'll have to email support and request them. To make sure you save them on your hard drive for the future, in the lobby click "options" and then "hand history".

FTP Notes, problem
Only thing that maybe slightly relevant is that I know some people with mods had this problem with the last update because of the introduction of the new pod badges.

Totally depends on the AHK script you are using but there are scripts that will set bet amounts.

PokerTracker 3 or Hold 'Em Manager?
Not without parallels and with no immediate plans to release a mac version. I prefer HEM but both are excellent products and have free trials to see which you prefer.

HEM not working after tilt update?
Correct. Looks like Tilt changed the date format of their hand histories. Several posts about it on the HEM forums and I'm sure that HEM will release an updated patch later today to solve it.

POINTS Satellites on FULL TILT
Nice idea that I believe has been suggested a few times over various sites but I doubt this will happen at FTP as they have said that the points are meant as a reward for players on the amount they play.

Each tournament score, however, is imported after a varying length of time for every site. Please wait up to 5 days for each room to see if your recent scores have been updated. The fact that your PokerStars scores from yesterday are listed does not mean that your UB or AP scores from the same day should be listed as well.

Sucks if you do lose your notes but if you take a lot of them you should be constantly backing up your notes file in the FTP directory so this problem can easily be resolved. C:Program Files > Full Tilt Poker > "your username" "Your username" will be an XML doc. Copy it and paste it somewhere safe. If you have notes older than October 08 then you can also copy and save the file with your username that is a DAT file.

PTR is on Stars prohibited list (number 53): / As for buying observed hands to import into PT3, HEM etc, although this is against the poker sites rules they have said it is impossible for them to actually enforce it.

1. It is minimised to the taskbar as a symbol (down near where your clock probably is) 2. HUD options > player preferences > then under the appearance tab you can change all the fonts & background colours. If you want to change individual font sizes then highlight the stat in the "display these stats" box and then change the font size in the panel to the right.

Team viewer is a great product and an excellent way for them to help you. HEM support is first class although I know they are having to working with a skeleton staff for the next week or so.

From your last several posts you are obviously new to HEM and having a few problems. I would start by reading the instructional manual and then the FAQ on their website to help you with your basic understanding of the product. If you are still encountering problems then, as mentioned above, I would post on the HEM forums where their paid and very efficient support will be able to help you.
