(outside of US) Haha driving a scooter is a blast, there are no rules of the road, same goes for here in Taiwan, I found it more safe to stick to the right side of the road as cars kind of expect u to be there. Scooters absolutely have the right away and will squeeze in and out of places and everyone expects that.. uncontrolled chaos but it works out perfectly fine, no road rage cause someone passed you or turned into your lane its nice like that. (outside of US) Tap water is a huge no no, I am in taiwan right now and I dont even drink the tap water, I have a water station right outside my house that I goto which is extremely cheap. Chang Mai is nice it has a completely different feel to it, kind of like a Banff of Canada, if you wanna get away from all the aussies and all the super super touristy beach stuff its a great laid back town. Everything is cheaper in the north as well. Phuket has way more lady boys though as does bangkok, never went to pattaya but I heard thats the place to party in Thailand, Koh Phi Phi is an island in the south that is ... Posted in: Off Topic |

What's worse for your health? Settle a debate. What' Are you leading a non active lifestyle' If I am going to the gym regularly and wanting to gain size the Big Mac would fine fine, especially if it fits my macros, the cigarette on the other hand has no nutritional value at all and would kill me a million times faster than a Big Mac, especially if the rest of my meals and food per day are healthy and hit all my micros % for the day. New business idea - Paleo meal delivery service Well I have never heard anyone I know of personally that is into fitness and well being or any advice ever stating grains are bad, the only time I have ever heard this is from people on paleo diets. Now I agree we have taken things to far in some cases and there are alot of bad foods out there but I don't believe that the cavemen figured out the perfect diet over what we have today.
