Full Tilt and Pokerstars Domains Seized
This would make sense if every american citizen was not expected to pay taxes on their online poker earnings. But they WERE, and they HAVE for however long online poker has been around. This isn't about collecting taxes, they want the WHOLE THING.

Just a side note. I switched to the white dog about 2 weeks ago given the professional advice from people here that I would run better. Well guess what, that little bichon frise bastard had me running worse than barbaro. I am currently in talks with my lawyer about possible action I can/will take against gags and any of his cohorts. I have decided that a switch to the lawn gnome is the right decision. He is hard to see, yet sturdy and very very protective. Plus he doesnt bark like a little bitch.

About a week ago my account was closed by stars temporarily while they investigated. They told me my account had been linked to another account. I sent them all the info they requested and my account was cleared. I have played at stars for over 6 years by the way. So I log back in and find my balance at 0. They investigate again and tell me that my account was logged in by someone in netherlands and my money was shipped over a cash game. Yeah but think about a player with phil ivey's ability. Sure theres luck in poker, but in the long run is he really risking anything' He's going to make money playing poker in the long run. Thats pretty much the same as a contract, the difference is only how much.

I think looking at tells as "one" piece of information is the problem. Tells are told over many hands and it isn't one thing a person does. When online you have a ton of tables to play and no people to look at. Live there are a maximum of 9 other people to focus on, and they are right there in front of you. Believe me I told people there would be a very generous reward if I got even 7k back. The problem is I am almost positive he did it with his other scumbag friend who lives in PA. Thats why he went up there immediately. The money is being kept up there because that kid knows the dealer is too stupid to hold back with money. Just a little more background on this. The dealers dad is the one who started the game about 2 years ago. 5 months ago his dad moved to florida and sold the game. This is pretty much the only reason that kid still deals, is a favor to his dad. I talked to his dad the day of the incident and he told me what his son told him. What he told his dad was the complete opposite of what he told everyone else. Hey guys, this happened to me a little under 2 weeks ago. I chopped the saturday $340 at the borgata a few weeks ago for a little under 9k. Full tilt software on my computer is crazy slow, any suggestions?
