Need help
Years ago some regular here posted a hilarious response that involved something about "looking in your heart and true love" and what not and that quote always came up when people were discussing things like strippers. Haircuts

Bad commish, I'd leave the league. Commish should have rules for this type of situation published before you joined the league. In our league if someone leaves at the end of the year we find a new owner to replace them and the new owner retains the old owner's roster (for keeper reasons) and draft position. For example this year we had 2 guys leave and they have the #2 and #3 draft picks based on last year's final standings... so the 2 new owners we get will get the #2 and #3 draft picks.

Donk, you can see both of them here: The two guys who left are "Jerry's Window Lickers" and "Sanchez Dirty Crew". The keeper rules are pretty simple. Each player is assigned a Keeper Number (KN) which corresponds with the round they were drafted. The KN is reduced by 2 each year they are kept. So for example, last year Sanchez Dirty Crew drafted Michael Turner in the 4th round so this year he could be kept as a 2nd round pick. The idea is to give value to owners who draft good sleepers in the middle to late rounds of the draft. Note that players with KN's of 1 ...

ALSO, the draft order is based off last year's standings and the 2 guys who left the league have the #2 and #3 picks in the draft this year. So I think we'll be flipping a coin to see who gets the #2 pick and who gets the #3 pick. A little incentive. AND you inherit the previous guy's roster and get your choice of keepers (up to 3) from that roster. One guy has Michael Turner, the other has DeAngelo Williams - and they finished 6th and 10th place in the league, so it is competitive!

Your stress level. Frequency of exercise. etc etc etc. Back on topic, I go with a PUR filter from costco and cases of zephyrhills. Or bottled water from Publix, whichever is cheaper. The wife insists Zephyrhills tastes the best though.

Status of shit you started in January
Back in January there were a few threads involving a few of you starting to run/exercise/diet, etc. It's the middle of April, have you kept up with it' I started a 2 mile run on Jan 24th with the plan of doing it 4 times a week. Since the first week it has been more like 2 times per week because I always find a damn excuse or something else I "have" to do. First run was 22 minutes, today I ran it in 16min 6sec, so I am improving and feeling better/stronger.
