Online Poker Tournament Rankings

So I have been grinding these since August 12.  Managed to four table for the most part, and have played 113.  My goal is to play 1000 and see where I'm at.  Hopefully at that point I can move up in stakes.  GL at the tables.

Here is what I posted in February.  So how am I doing?

1.)  Keep family first.  My son has received his certificate of citizenship, we are celebrating with family and friends on Saturday.

2.)  Have a positive roi on OPR.  Currently -3% abi 4.32, ITM 130/868 15% compared to last year -29% abi 4.59, ITM 12% 95/769.

3.)  Get better at bank roll management.  This will obviously help number 2. So-So I'm grinding 1.10 45 man turbos trying to build a roll.

4.)  Find out how the hell to improve my late stage MTT play.  This is really a big one for me, can't seem to crack this code.  Any helpful hints for late stage play would be appreciated.  I'm trying to give my self a chance to FT and hopefully get 1-3 place cause we all know that is where the money is.

5.)  Be an ambassador for poker, take my bad beats without berating my fellow players, and give bad beats humbly and graciously.  Screw this my new salute when getting sucked out on is, NH pause Donk.

     I went with the family today to see our Niece play in the Class C State Finals.  We got there a few minutes early, because at last year's final the place was packed and we wanted to get a primo seat.  There was a game finishing up, and I became mesmerized by the ending of the game and the reactions of the players and fans.  It made me mostly think about my niece and her team, they've only lost a few games since they started playing together at 11 years old.  Think if we could hit those types of numbers in our poker careers, we would all be very happy folks.  For the girls that lost this was a culmination of years of practice and hard work that ended in defeat.

     So my Niece's team opened an 8-0 lead and all was looking good,  a three pointer at the buzzer had them up 20-19 going into halftime.  The second half was a different story their opponents had them outmatched, and our team lost.  It was disappointing to see our girls crying, despite all the wins and all the championships under their belts their sadness was palpable.

     GG Hoosic Valley.  You guys are champs in my book.

     Remember this when you are HU at your next FT, one of you has to lose, if you are the victor try congratulating your opponent on a hard fought contest.  If you are the loser, also congratulate your opponent on a hard fought victory, but keep in mind unlike my niece who's a senior, we will hopefully have many more chances to notch that victory.
