After a while it all becomes second nature and you will find a style that suits you before you enter the pushbot mode in each tournament. I grind SNGs myself and have settled at 5-tabling as my optimal number. I still take a lot of notes, I just type frantically fast, and make sure I find out people's stats (or at least the ones who are multi-tabling and are clearly very good at what they do). I find it's more difficult when you've got different SNGs at different stages, whereas if they're all early or all in high blinds, it's easier because you're playing similar strategies in all of them.
