• Re:Prop bet that I will win the 100R on stars within 14 days of playing online...

To simplify the math. The odds of winning at least one tourney equals one minus the odds of not winning a single one. The odds of not winning a single tournament of size 100 is 99/100. (there are 99 spots you can finish and not win) The odds of not winning in two attempts is 99/100 times 99/100 The odds of not winning in n attempts is (99/100) ^ n Therefore the odds of winning at least once in n tries is 1 - (99/100 ^n) So for 14 attempts, at a 100 size field with no skill involved the chances of

  • Re:Absolute Poker Emergency

Never play that site within 2 days of a software update. They have no quality control, their implementation plan must go something like this. 1) Programmers make some changes and test it themselves 2) Programmer tells manager its ready to go 3) Manager says do it. 4) Same Programmer logs into production and installs change 5) shit hits fan 6) Manager yells at programmer to fix it 7) Programmer logs onto production and tries to fix it.

  • Re:Aircard Usage/Overages?

Stars didn't mention what happens if they turn on their audit software on you. I imagine they send quite a bit of data back to the mothership if they suspect foulplay or disallowed software on your machine.

  • Re:? about absolute tourney dollars
yea, thanks man. Which sattys allow you to unregister?
The ones where the event you are trying to get in to does not say "Must Play" Workaround: For those "Must Plays", if you manually register for the main and then win a satty you will get T$ and still be able to unregister. If you don't do this and win the satty you are stuck playing the main.

  • Re:New Lobby and features for UB/AP

Since you asked... please fix this long time bug. If you intentionally sitout during a tournament, and then you get moved while sitting out, you are automatically put back in the game and you lose your time clock. Detailed instructions for reproducing said bug: 1) Join a MTT 2) click the 'Sit out next hand' option 3) wait until you get moved tables 4) ... witness this: [dealer] Player DEALACE1 has requested additional time. There are currently 60 seconds remaining for player DEALACE1 to act

Hopefully the engineer or someone from the PPA will arm him with some good statements to make.

APJohn, are you going to address the T$ issues any time soon? "You still can't get the auto-rebuys to use T$, it automatically uses real money. Nor can you use T$ as a partial payment for an event. So If you have $2 left in T$ you have to play a $2 game to use it."

  • Re:made a mistake on a withdraw

There will not be a matching account/account type that belongs to another person so you don't have to worry about given someone an early xmas present. The bank won't be able to make the transaction go into your true account automatically but, in some instances the bank will have an opportunity to manually fix it. Most cases they will reject back to the sender (FT's financial service provider) FT should be able to trace it and then put the funds back in your account for a do over. Just

This is a scam by detectives that want to search the property without a warrant. What's he hiding?

I think that is just a lead in ice breaking question. What you are driving at is what sort of dowry does he have prepared.
