• Re:Is Full Tilt going to reimburse...

Good Luck getting any reimbursement from FTP. I played in an $11 MSOP Event early in the year, when it was apparent many players were either disconnected due to the software or could see the table but could not play any hands. Not only could I see 1/3 of my own table could not play, but I saw numerous threads afterwards. It was due to a software problem FTP was having when they had large events such as MSOP or FTOPs. When I emailed FTP support about my being blinded off in this event and wanted my

  • Re:Anyone know anything about LA area CASINOS?
so im headed down to California for 4 days for my sisters graduation from Fuller 1. Is it 18+ or 21+ to play in most of their casinos? thx
How it works in California...if it is a poker room legalized by city (ie Commerce, Bike, Hustler) then it is 21+ to play. If it is an Indian Casino on Tribal Land then it is 18+ (Pechanga, Morongo, etc)
I got an email from them saying they deposited 20$ into my old account. So i went and tried it and yes i can play there. I thought usa players couldnt play there?
US Players can play at PokerTime if they have an exisiting account. It is New US Players that are currently not allowed.

  • Re:my "mate" blew my full tilt roll

Better ending so far, then you could have expected. I do find it funny though--The ATTORNEY(s) who responded. I would not want these ATTORNEYs on my case or representing me. They are suppossed to be right on top of reading and writing. First off, OP says "mate". That is first clue he is not living in United States (I picked up on that first thing). Then if you clicked his profile it clearly says UK. Pays to read before you write. Im sure laws in UK are much different than US.
.....not to mention he just signed a $10 mil + deal with aced poker.
I have no idea if he is broke or not, but you can quit quoting the Aced Poker deal as evidence he is not!!! Jamie Gold Leaves ACED Poker http://www.pokernewsdaily.com/jamie-gold-leaves-aced-poker-2291/ Pretty sure he didnt get any money at all here, much less 10 Million. Looks like they stiffed him

They are a pretty tight poker community and most have seen
ah yeah there is a ban on new card rooms in cali through 2015. good bye dream. http://poker.wikia.com/wiki/Casinos:California
Interesting, I looked at the link--guess the other poker rooms put a stop on new rooms by lobbying for law to be extended thru 2015. Dirty Tricksters Also, I see they provide list of California poker rooms and TWO are already in Stockton. So the city definately allows them, but moratorium stops anything new. Pretty tough road to

Stockton, California
No chance of opening a card room in Stockton. I'm in SF and from what I've heard none of the community likes having Lucky Chances or Artichoke Joes, which are relatively close to me. Then there's a little whole in the wall in Pacheco as well called the California Grand Casino. I used to live close to there and I would always shoot the shit with the floor men and they'd always tell

  • Re:Anyone following the Rijkenberg developing story ?

FWIW, there is at least one famous Live incident where a long-time shady character sold more of himself than 100% and made a Final Table. Of Course, there have also been the ones who were caught somehow, who did not cash but slipped up on the shady factor some other way. From the couple examples I am aware of, these guys paid their backers zero either way.
