If you are waiting for KK or AA to play back at aggro opponents who could possibly be 3 betting a wide range then that may be a leak in your game. However your information was limited and the blinds are prettly low relative to stacks. I personally would not think of folding here, especially against a player who has shown loose tendencies. I think either calling to see a flop or shoving are both valid plays, but I would probably lean towards shoving.
