i suppose it could be firewall related but thats unlikely wut type of internet do they have? if they r having trouble getting the updates, have them try uninstalling and reinstalling the client

i would C/C the river here without too much thought - his RR pre range SHOULD be polarized here meaning he's either got air or KKK/AAA (cuz QQ/JJ are never really playing the hand this way by betting on the turn and river, unless hes a weirdo and he thinks he can get you to fold better) so basically u get no value out of raising and i actually think you are beat here 60+% of the time, yet you still have to call due to the spazz out factor and decent pot odds i suppose
