If you call and you are on hold for longer than 3-4 minutes. Just hang up and call again. Their waitlist of callers is all fucked up because I can be on hold for an hour and call back and get an instant answer. Also on the menu, press 1 for "Report a stolen account" or some shit. I find you get an answer fastest from that. I've had no problems with their CS other than having to hang up and call again a few times.
