I already admitted that I had a minor fit, nothing crazy. Does the punishment fit the crime though?

I know, it's a pretty shitty situation. I mean, my gfs dad made me let him take pics of the bruises. I'll see if i can possibly post them.

I will agree that the story is bazaar, but that's how it happened. I admitted that I threw a little fit bc they wouldnt let me sit. I just don't quite understand how cheating got wrapped up into it. they said something about the last time i was there, i was also accused of cheating. It was unbelievable. I wouldnt even know how to cheat.

I never once said that i was 100% innocent. And yes, I agree that drunk guy vs Harrah's entertainment co, inc. does not sound like a winnable case. I can admit some fault, but i can honestly say that nothing that i did should have led to what happened. I think that most people can agree that the punishment did not fit the crime. Does anyone know if I can view the video upon request?
