If you have a car or will take cabs then make sure you hit up Naked Fish Sushi and a place called "Swish" -a Japanese hot pot...make sure you get the "sukiyaki" style order. Dank ass spots, neither are too pricey either...both are about a 10-15 min cab ride from the strip iirc.
