• Thoughts on this hand?

Very early in the 70k gtd, no reads, and villain is not in my dB so we've never played. This is the 1st hand I have played, maybe 2 orbits in. Had a chance to OPR Mcmatto beforehand, and see he's a solid winning player. He has to consider me a random. I don't mind how I played this, just looking for outside perspective on my line, and maybe some thoughts as to how he found a call here... Thx ;-) PokerStars Game #30995912992: Tournament #181768506, $50+$5 Hold'em No Limit - Level II

And having chosen to shove

Thanx all - much appreciated :-) Fwiw I'm also up a couple $k from playing 1/2 cash at the Monte Carlo every day, including a very nice "donation" from some highly ranked P5r's (you know who you are! ;-)
A M.E. min cash is a pretty kick ass score when you satty'd your way in online. Plus that other money you will get from Party will be awesome too. Good run dude, how much did you satty in for?
Played 5 $70 satty's to $640 qualifiers, won seats in all 5...won 2 packages in the 4 $640's I got to play (Party stole one back, see previous posts) - sold my 2nd seat and netted 11.5 k from that. Total satty cost was ~$350 :-)

  • Main event mini brag...

Not a bad run for my for my 1st big live tourney...out 447th for $25k. Plus it looks like I'll split an additional $90k leaderboard pool from Party with the other 6 Party qualifiers who cashed (of 90 total qualifiers)...so maybe another 12-13k. Time to relax...

  • Re:Jordan Farmar, still in the ME?

He busted out at my table 1 seat to my right mid/late Day 3...it was pretty funny cuz he kept talking about how he "had shit to do", and didn't really care one way or the other whether he survived.
I'm really sorry to hear that this happened. I believe that the most common vector of attack is via a keylogger which may have been installed on your computer if you've recently download and run any untrusted programs. Installing a strong antivirus application (I would recommend Kaspersky) would be a good next move. Let's wait and see what PokerStars security team has to say -- they have been known to restore funds in cases of obvious chip dumping to
How is the weather in canada I plan on moving there REALLY SOON.
Been offline a few days fighting a PC virus. Come back and see this business, needed to know how it affects Canadian players. Not yet sure of impact with FT or Stars, but I just got this from Party (not that it matters to most of you interested in this thread): Announcement Dear Palladium Lounge member You may have seen the news about the freezing of payment processor funds in the United States
