I think it would be nice if they gave you a choice which to use. This way, I could easily separate my bankroll between money for tourneys and cash games.

Stupid move for anyone to be betting or calling postflop. The player with J4 played the worst out of everyone. If I had KK, I either check the flop or lead the flop and fold to the min raise. Definitely not going to get all in here.

This is an all-in or fold spot. If you're worried about getting all-in vs the other big stack, you should fold. If you knew for certain that you'd win if you hit an ace, all-in is fine. Otherwise, you should probably fold.
