This backer is probably getting out of backing or is not deep enough to back at this time. Seems a bad investment to drop you, as 5K makeup isn't much for your level.

If you are going to fold a lot of your raises, 4X raising is spewy. The funny part of this is the only reason you would put out a 4X raise in this spot is to induce a shove.

The best is when my 9yo son asks me this and I respond "You see that little guy with the affro....now you see that number in front of him?" He says, "you mean the 3,000?"
