I have no idea how they control the winnings. I think you can declare whatever you want to as long as you don't transfer large sums of money directly into your bank account, but that seems rather obvious.

Heineken Experience is cool to do, van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank etc. Best coffee shop is the Blue Bird close to Waterloo plein. Obv go to Red Light District, Casa Rosso is unfortunately closed you can go to Moulin Rouge if you're into that sex show shit. There are lots of good restaurants, my favorite is Los Pilones in the Kerkstraat and they have one in the Jordaan. I'm from Amsterdam so if you have any more q's shoot me a pm.
