I have a master card thats connected to my citizens account....it has nothing to do with the limit....I even tried to make a $10 deposit.... Citizens might have finally turned down these transactions....Im very aware of the UIEGA and was still a little dumbfounded that citizens has let it go this long....Ill try to find someone else at citizens and trouble shoot it....

I thought the event went extremely well for not ever having done this before....It was a great collection of offline and online pros.....you dont get that type of tallent condensed in any tourney that I know of..... I had no problem with the blinds at 25 minutes...you just had to know how to play it....
