About 10 years ago I worked as a computer consultant. The client was a major telecommunication comapany and the job was to find out security weaknesses in their computer network. Among other things I used to password cracking program that was available on the net that used a database with commons words and names and tried them in diffrent combinations with digits and characters. Out of 800 accounts in the network it found over 60 passwords within 24 hours. 10 of those had administrator powers at

Obviously there are other issues much more important but here we talk poker so I am curious, will poker be affected by the elections or is it all about "greeseing the right palms" in the lobby at Washington? You would think that PPA with almost a millon members would be interesting enough as a group for anyone seeking office to approach yet I seen nothing about how the diffrent candidtes relate to UIGEA. Im also sure that the PPA membercount isnt evenly spread over the diffrent states but rather

Fine, so they doing stuff. Cleaning house or whatever. But regardless if they found whoever did the deed or set up some guy to blame for the whole thing...one thing sticks in my mind and thats AP's initial response. Snooper software inside the APs network grid. 3. Faulty server software sending out card info to all clients, that he somehow found a way to decrypt and read on the client side. (ie everybody gets it but some have found a way to read it) My guess would be 3...since it also to some extent could explain why Marco got

I didnt see a single hand where he is ahead and folded (incorrectly) to a bet? Has anyone ever won a tournament without at least a few times suspecting you had best hand by slim margin yet deciding to fold to be safe? Is it even possible? He loses a few times to rivers (like that runner runner Qs) but how can anyone skilled at analyzing HHs and told who to watch...read this thing and not find anything suspect ?? Remember: " Our ongoing investigation continues to show that there were countless instances

How about if Corbin request his hand history for a tournament and AP sends him the one...that is due to start....TOMORROW?? :)

I dont get it....if someone can read holecards why be so stupid to cheat in a tournament? And to win it on top of that? Wouldnt it be smarter to jump around in some midsize cash games? Or bust a highstakes one?
